iNtEr-haLL oLyMpiAd 07/08 hOcKeY maLeS tOuRnAmEnT!!
Here is a post dedicated to Hall 7 hockey males team!! We been through the whole tournament.. playing hard.. training hard.. And finally we got wat we wan! the champions!!! Dominating the whole tournament!! scoring 12 goals and conceding non in 5 matches!! allowing onli 3 shots at goal altogether by the opponent team!! haha!! we rocks to the bit man!!!

Oh well.. its a pity i cant attend the first match due to driving test.. but they did well without me!! haha.. if not the score line will be greater!! hehe.. a special mention to my form.. abit BHB.. but i tink i played damn damn well this tournament.. though i din score.. as i was the defender.. centre back to be exact.. i cant roam up as much as i like.. sad.. but well.. for the team sake.. i shall remain wat they need the most and need me for.. in the defence as i was the onli trained defender in the team!!
Among all.. i enjoyed the Finals the most!! the amount of passion and drive we showed during the match.. the supports that the supporters gave despite rain.. despite the match holding on a Friday night and fewer pple compared to the previous one.. we can realli feel the energy the input into us.. not to mention my form was at the peak during tt match!! i make relatively no mistake at all!! Despite the Hall 13 having 2 national players.. they din managed to get past me when they try to dribble past me many times.. i am happy for myself.. i restrict them to onli 1 shot at goal!! haha!! i am also happy when my frd told me tt even when the opponents are attacking.. via the national players and looking dangerous.. the supporters are saying that.. "Don't worry! Got Stanley!" haha.. i felt so proud and happy.. i so glad they recognize my efforts!!
The match is tough.. yet i enjoyed it every sec of it.. although first half we din perform to our normal self.. as hall 13 managed to minimize the danger we pose when we are attacking on our right hand side.. and all the moves were in the middle of the pitch.. second half.. we decide to be more aggressive!! and we switched our position ard.. there are times when i switched my position with the centre half so tt i can attack up.. but nothing fruitful came out of it.. just as we tot the match is going into penalty flick (wish we hope not cos we are obvious the better team!!) our star centre half make a pass into the D-area.. it passed the national player.. 2nd player.. and the centre back.. the ball met wif our forward and wif the first time sweep.. the ball went into the goal and sounded with a bang!! GOOOOOAAAAALLLLLL!!!!! the team was delighted!! the supporters were too!! they cheered so loud tt it was inproportional to the number of pple coming down!!
it was not finished.. it still left with a few minutes!! Hall 13 kept attacking.. but i was in my top form.. i stopped every ball.. just at the dying minute.. we concede a penalty corner.. the supporters were quiet.. the pusher pushed to the national player.. he tried a fake sweep.. it came to me.. i stopped it with my stick.. but it bounced over me.. shit!! but luckily.. the keeper make a gd stop.. but as it was a foul.. another penalty corner was awarded to the opposite team.. the pusher pushed to the national player again.. this time rd.. the national player dribbled past our 1st runner.. i knew i have to went to him.. i put my stick down.. and went to tackle!! Yeah! i successfully stopped him!! and i cleared the ball out!! this was when the final whistle blew!! YEAH!! WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS!! everyone was delighted.. the final yr players especially.. when they waited so long for a hockey champion.. and we gave it to them!!
After which we thanked hall 13 players for a gd match.. den we formed a line.. ready to slide towards supporter.. 1 2 3!! we ran.. but just as they tot we were to slide.. we stopped and gave them a bow!! haha.. den we took some photos..
It was my 2nd Hockey Champions since i started off playing less than 5 yrs ago.. it was a gd result i suppose.. haha.. but this time round it was sweeter.. this time rd wif supporters cheering for us.. and.. i am very very happy to hear from my frd that she actually went down to watch and support!! haha.. she told me she was having pjt meeting and cant make it.. i am a HAPPY GUY tt night!! lalala!! SO SO HAPPY!!! haha
Oh well.. right now.. its time to concentrate on studies.. and rebuilding next year Hockey Males team!!! tts all!!
